This Privacy Policy describes Green Bag Lunch information collection practices for the Site, including what type of personal identifiable information is requested from you ("you," "your", "user", "parents") in order to setup a user account, upload user materials, and/or order meals for your children from the Site and how that information is used and with whom the information is shared. 1. Information That May Be Collected and Identifying Information.
   In order to access the services provided by the Site and participate in creating an account for yourself, Green Bag Lunch will request and collect: 1) your full name and postal address, credit card information, home and work telephone numbers, and email address; and 2) your child's full name and the name and address of the school that your child attends. Green Bag Lunch may request additional information from you as necessary to establish and maintain your account.


(b) Under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, "personal information" is defined as individually identifiable information, such as a first and last name; a home or other physical address including street name and city or town; an e-mail address; a telephone number. Green Bag Lunch only collects such personal information as reasonably necessary to facilitate delivery services.

? ?(d) Information from Parents: In accordance with the provisions of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, Green Bag Lunch shall use reasonable efforts to notify you when collecting personal information about your children and to collect such information only from you. Green Bag Lunch will seek your consent before collecting, using, or disclosing your child's personal information. You may review and delete (or request in writing that we delete) your child's personal information, and may refuse to permit further collection or use of your child's information by notifying Green Bag Lunch by e-mail at info@greenbaglunch.com.

2. Uses Made of the Information.
   Without your prior consent and subject to Section 4 below, Green Bag Lunch will not use your or your child’s personal identifiable information for any purpose other than that for which you submitted it. Green Bag Lunch uses personal identifiable information to reply to your inquiries, handle your complaints, and provide you with operational notices and in connection with the meals program and Site record-keeping. The Site also processes billing and business requests related to Site participation.?
   
   ?(b) The information you provide to the Site may also be collected, used, analyzed and/or processed by Green Bag Lunch, or selected third parties on the Site's behalf, for marketing and other business purposes. Before Green Bag Lunch uses the information, however, Green Bag Lunch will notify you in writing prior to any such use and offer you a reasonable opportunity to opt-out if you wish not to have your personal identifiable information used in this way.?



3. Agents.
   ?Green Bag Lunch employs or engages other companies and individuals to perform business functions on our behalf. These persons are provided with personal identifying information required to perform their functions, but are prohibited by contract from using the information for other purposes. These persons engage in a variety of functions which include, but are not limited to, fulfilling orders, delivering packages, removing repetitive information from user lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments and providing user services.?

Such billing information is used only to bill you for those products or services you choose to purchase and/or subscribe through the Site. 4. Other Disclosures.
